<h1>LUXURY DAY SPA MANAGER.</h1><div><strong>Location:</strong> West Island of Montreal.<br><strong>Position:</strong> Full-Time.<br><strong>Team:</strong> Approximately 60 employees.<br><strong>Reports to:</strong> Ownership.</div><div><br></div><h2>THE ROLE:</h2><div>We are looking for an experienced, confident and organized <strong>Spa Manager</strong> to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy luxury day spa with a team of approximately 60 employees.</div><div>The Manager will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining exceptional client service, overseeing daily operations and helping drive the overall success and profitability of the spa.</div><div><br></div><h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</h2><div><br></div><h3>Team Leadership:</h3><ul><li>Lead, motivate and support a team of approximately 60 employees.</li><li>Set clear expectations for professionalism, performance and client service.</li><li>Coach employees and address performance issues when required.</li><li>Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training.</li><li>Create a positive, respectful and accountable team culture.</li></ul><div><br></div><h3>Client Experience:</h3><ul><li>Ensure a consistently exceptional luxury client experience.</li><li>Maintain high standards throughout reception, treatments and all client interactions.</li><li>Handle client concerns professionally and ensure appropriate service recovery.</li><li>Monitor and maintain the overall presentation and standards of the spa.</li></ul><div><br></div><h3>Daily Operations:</h3><ul><li>Oversee the daily operation of the spa and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.</li><li>Manage staffing, scheduling and daily coverage.</li><li>Ensure policies, procedures, safety standards and service standards are followed.</li><li>Monitor supplies, equipment and facility needs.</li><li>Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.</li></ul><div><br></div><h3>Sales & Business Performance:</h3><ul><li>Monitor daily and monthly sales and business performance.</li><li>Support the team in achieving sales and service goals.</li><li>Encourage rebooking, memberships, packages, retail and other revenue opportunities.</li><li>Work with ownership on promotions, initiatives and business improvements.</li></ul><div><br></div><h3>Communication:</h3><ul><li>Act as a key link between ownership and the team.</li><li>Communicate priorities, changes and expectations clearly.</li><li>Keep ownership informed of important staffing, operational and client issues.</li><li>Encourage employees to bring solutions and take ownership of their responsibilities.</li></ul><div><br></div><h2>QUALIFICATIONS:</h2><ul><li>3?5+ years of management experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, wellness or high-end service environment.</li><li>Experience managing a large team; experience with 50+ employees is an asset.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent customer service instincts and a professional presence.</li><li>Strong understanding of sales and business performance.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent English and French communication skills.</li></ul><div><br></div><h2>THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:</h2><div>You are a <strong>leader, not simply a supervisor</strong>.
